By registering with My Reminders and accessing its services, you represent and warrant the following:
a. You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement;
b. You are not barred or otherwise legally prohibited from accessing or using the My Reminders app and its services;
c. You agree to provide accurate and necessary information during account registration. My Reminders may use this information to personalize your experience and ensure secure access to the app’s features.
d. My Reminders reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict or revoke access to any or all features of the app if eligibility criteria are not met or if the app’s terms are violated.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering, accessing, or using the My Reminders app or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (“Terms of Use”) between you and My Reminders Application owned and operated by Think To Share IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or do not wish to be bound by them, you must immediately discontinue use of the My Reminders app and its services.
“My Reminders,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” “Think To Share IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.” “TTS” “Think To Share IT Solutions” means the My Reminders application, website owned and operated by Think To Share IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its associated entities.
“You,” “Your,” “User” refers to any individual accessing, registering, or using the My Reminders app and services.
“My Reminders App” refers to the mobile application(s) provided by My Reminders to deliver its services to Users.
“My Reminders Platform” encompasses all platforms and communication mediums operated or utilized by Think To Share IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to the My Reminders mobile application, websites, social media channels, notifications, chatbots, or other mechanisms for service delivery.
“My Reminders Website” refers to the official website hosted or registered by Think To Share IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for providing services and information to Users.
“My Reminders Services” includes all features and functionalities offered by the app, such as setting reminders, priority-based notifications, multi-user reminder access, reminder sharing, and other related services.
“Terms of Use” / “Terms and Conditions” are used interchangeably and refer to these Terms of Service, including any additional terms or policies incorporated herein.
You agree to the following:
a. Unless otherwise permitted by My Reminders in writing, you may only possess one account.
b. Your use of the My Reminders App and services shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
c. Your use of My Reminders is intended for personal purposes, and you shall not use the app for commercial activities without prior written approval.
d. All registration information you provide must be truthful, complete, and accurate, and you agree to maintain up-to-date account information.
e. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
f. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Notify My Reminders immediately in case of unauthorized access or security breaches.
g. You are aware and solely responsible for any changes, deletions, or notifications created in your account, including if such actions occur due to granting another person access to your account or device.
h. You shall not engage in reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the My Reminders App or tampering with any proprietary content, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property.
i. You agree not to use the My Reminders App in any way that:
– Is harmful to its functionality, other users, or My Reminders;
– Violates any applicable laws;
– Interferes with the experience of other users.
j. You shall not upload, distribute, or transmit harmful software, viruses, or malicious content that may disrupt or harm the My Reminders App or its users.
k. You shall not delete, modify, or interfere with any content within the My Reminders App without prior authorization.
l. By using the My Reminders App, you consent to receiving updates, including bug fixes, patches, new features, and versions. Continued use after such updates will be considered your acceptance of them.
m. Some features or services of My Reminders may not be available in all geographic areas or for all users. My Reminders reserves the right to determine availability and eligibility for any feature or service.
n. If your device is lost or stolen, you shall promptly request My Reminders to block access to your account and reset your credentials to ensure security.
You agree and acknowledge that certain features and functionalities of My Reminders, including but not limited to premium tools, integrations, and enhanced services, are subject to specific Supplemental Terms of Use. By utilizing any such features, you are deemed to have accepted the respective Supplemental Terms of Use.
Additionally, you agree that My Reminders services may be provided either directly by My Reminders or through affiliated entities. In particular, payments made to or by you for accessing premium features or services may be facilitated through authorized payment aggregators or third-party service providers.
If we believe you have violated any of the conditions outlined in these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable Supplemental Terms, My Reminders reserves the right to:
– Suspend your access to My Reminders services or terminate your account without prior notice.
– Reverse any activities conducted through your account.
If we detect suspicious or unusual activity associated with your account, including but not limited to fraudulent use or misuse of features, we may temporarily or permanently restrict your access to My Reminders services. Examples of suspicious activities include:
– Exploiting features or promotions in ways not intended.
– Artificially inflating or manipulating app usage (e.g., creating unnecessary actions to gain advantages).
– Engaging in practices designed to bypass fair use policies or gain unethical advantages.
– Intentionally causing harm or losses to partners or other users.
We may request additional information or documentation to verify your identity or investigate the activity, including but not limited to government-issued identification. Failure to comply with these requests may result in further actions, such as reversing actions, suspending your account, or limiting access to specific features.
If your account is suspended or deleted, you can contact the My Reminders support team for assistance and further clarification regarding the actions taken.
You may terminate your agreement with My Reminders at any time by deactivating your account and discontinuing the use of the services. Users can request account deletion or deactivation via the support section within the My Reminders app.
Upon receiving a deletion request or upon termination initiated by My Reminders, we will consider the agreement terminated and take appropriate steps to process the request.
Additionally, My Reminders will automatically delete accounts that have been inactive for 365 days. Users will be notified via their registered email address prior to account deletion.
However:
– My Reminders may retain certain non-personal or anonymized usage data for record-keeping and service improvement purposes.
– Account deletion or termination does not absolve you of obligations to comply with any terms agreed to before termination, such as providing accurate information or adhering to prior commitments made through the app (e.g., shared reminders or collaborations).
For archival and operational purposes, My Reminders may continue to maintain minimal records of your account activity in compliance with applicable laws.
We collect, store, use, and transfer your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you also consent to our Privacy Policy, which may be updated and/or modified from time to time.
You understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any data provided by you in connection with the My Reminders services may be shared with our subsidiaries, affiliates, or partners, and/or used by us to improve and enhance the services, including but not limited to developing new features or offerings.

The My Reminders app and all its features, content, software, materials, and information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the functionality, availability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the app or its features.
We do not warrant that:
– The app’s features or functions will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
– Any defects or errors will be corrected.
– The app or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.
You agree that your use of the My Reminders app is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the information provided or for any consequences arising from your reliance on the app’s functionality.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Reminders, its officers, employees, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or damages for loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with:
– Your use of or inability to use the My Reminders app or its features.
– Any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in operation, or unauthorized access to or alteration of your reminders or account.
– Any other matter relating to the app, whether arising from breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
Under no circumstances shall My Reminders be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Reminders, its officers, directors, employees, partners, licensors, and service providers (collectively, ‘Indemnified Parties’) from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, causes of action, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
a. your use of and access to the My Reminders app;
b. your violation or breach of any of these Terms of Use;
c. your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights;
d. any prohibited activities performed through the app as outlined in these Terms of Use;
e. your failure to comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection or cyber security laws; or
f. any claim that your use of the app caused damage to a third party.
In consideration for granting you access to and use of the My Reminders app and services, you agree that in case of any dispute between you and any other user, My Reminders shall not be a party to the dispute. While we are not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes, My Reminders may assist users in communicating with each other regarding a dispute. At its discretion, My Reminders may, without obligation, assist in resolving disputes between users.
Except as otherwise set forth in these Terms of Use, these Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, conflict, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with or relating to the My Reminders services or these Terms, including its validity, construction, or enforceability, shall first be raised by the user with My Reminders support. If the dispute is not suitably resolved within sixty (60) days after reaching out to the support team, the user may escalate the grievance by emailing [email protected].
If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be exclusively and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“Act”). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by My Reminders, with the place of arbitration being India, and the language of arbitration being English.
The existence and content of the arbitration proceedings, including documents and briefs submitted, as well as orders and awards issued, shall remain strictly confidential, and shall not be disclosed to any third party without express written consent from the other party, except if: (i) disclosure is reasonably required in the context of conducting arbitration proceedings, and (ii) the third party agrees in writing to be bound by the confidentiality obligation.
The My Reminders app, website, logos, and services are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and/or other intellectual property laws. No information, content, or material from the My Reminders app, including but not limited to page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, text, or reports generated, may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our express written permission. You are hereby granted a limited license to use the My Reminders app and platforms, subject to your agreement with these Terms of Use.
My Reminders, along with its affiliates and licensors, are the sole owners of the underlying software, source code, and any other intellectual property rights associated with the My Reminders app, website, and platforms.
When you upload, submit, store, send, or receive content, including feedback, through the My Reminders app, you grant My Reminders and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such content. This license does not expire even if it is not used by My Reminders or its affiliates. The rights granted in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the My Reminders services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using the services.
The My Reminders app, the My Reminders services, all your actions with the app, and our relationship shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that, subject to the Disputes & Arbitration Clause above, all claims, differences, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
You shall not transfer or assign any of your rights and obligations arising from these Terms of Use.
You agree and acknowledge that My Reminders may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, to (i) any other My Reminders Group Entity; (ii) an acquirer of My Reminders or any Group Entity or their respective equity interest, business, or assets; or (iii) a successor entity resulting from any corporate action including mergers or demergers.
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you, Think To Share IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., My Reminders, My Reminders Group Entities, or any Third Party as a result of the contract contained in these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any law, such provision or part thereof shall, to that extent, be deemed not to form part of these Terms of Use, but the legality, validity, and enforceability of the other provisions in these Terms of Use shall not be affected. In that event, My Reminders (owned and operated by Think To Share IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) shall replace the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision or part thereof with a provision or part thereof that is legal, valid, and enforceable and that has, to the greatest extent possible, a similar effect as the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision or part thereof, given the contents and purpose of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use (together with any additional terms displayed in specific sections of the My Reminders App or Website) constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to its subject matter and replace and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or undertakings regarding such subject matter.
We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on the My Reminders Website or App. The updated version of these Terms of Use shall supersede the previous version of the Terms of Use and take effect immediately upon posting. You have the right to opt-out of agreeing to these Terms of Use or any future updated version of the Terms of Use by ceasing to use the My Reminders App. However, please be aware that your continued use of the My Reminders Services from the launch of any updated Terms of Use would mean deemed acceptance of such updated Terms of Use, including any modification thereof. We recommend you keep checking the Terms of Use often to stay familiar with any updates and changes.
